Richardson’s Farm is looking for a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Training & Closing Manager to join our team! This is a leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on developing others, building team energy, and leading by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
Train and mentor team members, many of whom are in their first or early work experiences
Create a positive, motivated team atmosphere during every shift
Coach employees in real time—offering guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback
Help new hires build confidence and learn quickly
Lead shifts with a strong, hands-on approach
Maintain high standards for customer service, cleanliness, and teamwork
Set the tone by working alongside staff and demonstrating best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Natural leader who enjoys teaching, coaching, and motivating others
Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable attitude
Ability to connect with and inspire entry-level team members
Patient, supportive, and able to give clear direction
Dependable and detail-oriented
Evening and weekend availability required

This is a hands-on role — not just supervision
