Position: Assistant Chef
Job Type: Full-Time (5 days/week)
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and execute menu items to established standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
• Support ordering, inventory, and prep management
• Help train and guide line cooks and prep staff
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation at all times
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
