Contract Coordinor is responsible for processing window and bh contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely handoff to the production department. This role serves as a key point of contact for both sales and production, faciliting smooth communicion and ensuring th all contract details are correct and complete. The Contracts Coordinor will also work closely with the finance and call center teams to resolve any accounting issues and maintain a high level of customer sisfaction.

· Generes PO numbers for all new projects.
· Daily interaction with sales team by following up on missing/corrected paperwork
· Processes window and bh contract paperwork digitally; confirms customer signures, payment validity and products sold correctly.
· Crees preliminary measure order form merials for production.
· Enters credit card payments in Pay Simple, naviges Pay Simple portal to print receipts to upload into LP payment records.
· Enters check details in LP, delivers physical checks to Finance department for depositing.
· Maintains incoming check payment tracker
· Confirms all financed projects are e-signed by the customer.
· Calcules Sales Rep Commission on spreadsheet- enters in LP for payroll.
· Calcules Call Center Commission on spreadsheet- enters in LP for payroll.
· Calcules predictive labor invoice costs to enter in LP job cost tab.
· Attentive to shared contracts email inbox, ensuring all time sensitive requests are addressed immediely
· Processes addendums: ensures scope of work, payments and commissions are upded in LP.
· Processes cancellions and inities refunds
· Customer Service incoming/outgoing calls re: payment issues and collecting balances when requested.
To effectively perform the duties for this position, individuals must be able to demonstre competencies th are essential to the position, which include:
Proven experience in an administrive role
High level of tention to detail
Excellent computer skills, fluent in Microsoft Office 365
Excellent written and oral communicion and interpersonal skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain collaborive relionships with cross-functional teams.
