I am searching for an organized, independent and trustworthy part-time personal assistant to help with administrative support for a small real estate investment business, as well as personal tasks for a late 30-something dog-mom who’s often on the move. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to gain various kinds of skills and knowledge, and/or is looking for work with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Administrative Support
Invoicing commercial tenant, scheduling meetings, note-taking, data entry and drafting correspondence;
Coordinating building and home improvements (with potential opportunity to oversee a full house renovation);
Ensuring adherence to project timelines;
Responding to and resolving building emergencies as needed;
Hiring for various projects;
Assisting with tasks to build the business (e.g. improving systems, budgeting, setting up quickbooks or similar, payroll);
Conducting online research; and
Assisting with other tasks as needed.
Personal Support
Coordinating junk removal, sale, storage and organization of boat/restaurant equipment and other items;
Coordinating travel arrangements;
Coordinating dog care and/or assisting with the dog as needed;
Running errands/coordinating package delivery;
Personal schedule keeping and appointment setting/management; and
Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate is:
A self-starter who is reliable, responsible and enjoys working independently;
Very organized and detail oriented;
A creative problem-solver;
Preferably experienced in Google Sheets and/or Excel, Google Calendar (or a quick learner!);
Able to drive to/work on the North Shore and greater Boston area, as needed;
Comfortable climbing ladders, lifting, and doing light manual labor (e.g. navigating around boats and construction projects);
A clear and kind communicator, comfortable working with many types of people in various settings; and
Able to demonstrate trustworthiness through quality references.
Starting at $30/hour, commensurate with experience.
