If you know what this is you know it is impossible to get take a look around to see if you can see any for sale or any that have been sold . if you have a model 9 and you are missing the cover plate and the handle with the logo on it . I have one for sale the back plate is in superb condition, the handle is in great condition a couple tiny nicks on the bottom of one side and the gold paint is flaking off of the lettering which should be pretty easy to replicate with any gold paint. I do not have the pins that hold it in place but they look like something that is used on a few other different amplifiers and possibly even the same thing they hold the covers on the other marantz amplifiers with. Either way something can be worked out , I'm sure to make it stay in place with a grommet or something. This will make your amp look tremendously more presentable . I'm sure if you have one that's been missing you've been searching forever. I came across this in a pile of my marantz parts that I had not searched for many years and didn't realize I had it until recently. I'm pretty sure if I get a model 9 without the plate I'm going to regret selling it but it's time for it to go. the price is cash only.
