This is NOT animal wrangling.
This role is about inspection, documentation, and homeowner reassurance.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring a reliable, presentable field technician to visit homes, observe signs of wildlife activity, and document findings. This is a 1099 position.
No live animal handling.
Occasional removal of deceased animals only (with equipment).
Most of the work is inspections, photos, videos, and communication.
Think: trusted eyes on the property.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Visit residential properties
Reassure stressed homeowners
Identify and document wildlife signs
Photograph and video entry points and damage
Upload findings for estimates
Occasionally bag and remove deceased animals
Represent the WildWise brand professionally
All pricing and sales handled by headquarters.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Retired or semi-retired tradespeople
Property maintenance or facilities backgrounds
Handymen, landscapers, inspectors
Anyone calm, observant, and dependable
WHAT YOU NEED
Reliable transportation
Smartphone (photos/videos required)
Comfortable in homes, attics, basements, crawlspaces
Professional appearance and communication
Able to walk properties and do light lifting
Afternoon/evening availability
Occasional weekend and on-call availability (no overnights)
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
Construction or home inspection experience
Customer service background
COMPENSATION
Part-time / on-call
$35/hr
$100 per emergency call
Mileage reimbursed
Opportunity to grow into a larger role
