A typical day would be a hybrid of desk work, compiling and entering orders received, picking the orders, and packing/shipping them. We offer a 5-day, 40-hour work week with Friday afternoons off and no weekends.
The Consumer Sales Representative is an integral member of our sales team and is responsible for providing daily fulfillment of all consumer orders as well as backup to our Promotional and Wholesale sales.
Responsibilities:
Process online orders, answer incoming customer inquiries, maintain accurate information within our customer service database. Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
Job Functions:
1. Daily processing of consumer orders and inquiries.
2. Enter sales orders, pick, pack and ship orders using UPS, USPS.
3. Investigate, analyze and resolve various sales inquiries or issues via email, phone and in-person.
4. Identify improvement opportunities in process and procedures.
5. Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook.
• The ability to effectively interact with customers.
• Experience with order fulfillment in an e-commerce environment a plus.
• 2-years in customer experience preferred.
• Proven ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: high empathy and professionalism in customer interaction
• Knowledge of airplane parts and functions.
Job qualifications:
High school education; bilingual a plus; Strong people skills, analytical and problem-solving skills helpful.
