Radius International is expanding and we are hiring for an Air Export Agent to provide exceptional customer service and operational support for our customers all over the world. This person will be responsible for coordinating air export shipments and liaising directly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position. Salary will commensurate with experience and we provide medical, dental, a 401K and vacation time.
Coordinate air export shipments end-to-end
Manage data in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Foster customer relations, work directly with customers on quoting rates, booking entries, etc
Maintain open line of communication with international agency network
Use strong problem resolution skills to provide an elite level of customer care
High school diploma
Self-motivated quick learner who can function in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment
Willingness to learn new skills and provide support wherever needed
Positive and reliable, with demonstrated history of high performance and success
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
