This is why we are recruiting for the Executive Management path where individuals will learn our business practices and they can help us open more offices to serve our clientele properly. Our management program consists of a one year training/mentorship program with one of our top Regional Managers or VPs. Here they will learn how to properly serve members, answer client questions, hire and train their own team and develop leaders so they can open offices to support our continued growth.

First year manager earnings typically range between $50k and $70k and manager earnings dramatically increase with tenure. We look at our business as a 4-year "real-life" degree - once managers have graduated from their 4th year in our business they are making well over six figures. Candidates must also possess a great work-ethic and have the ability to learn fast and be mentored with constructive criticism.
