Job Title: Community Portfolio Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations
Type of Position: Full-time (37.5 hrs)/Benefits Eligible, Exempt

Currently seeking a Community Portfolio Manager who will be responsible for:

• Assure that policies, resolutions and goals of the associations are carried out.
• Be knowledgeable of all association governing documents, rules and regulations and general legal requirements of community associations
• Provide customer service assistance to homeowners as needed. Assist with homeowners' calls and inquires and respond accordingly
• Be available on an on-call basis to handle after-hours emergencies
• Provide input and assistance to the boards with the preparation of annual budgets
• Responsible for the daily implementation of the annual budget, perform general financial management and record keeping
• Coordinate receipt and review of invoices for services and ensure timely payment of bills
• Supervise onsite staff as needed
• Manage vendor, unit owner, tenant and on site staff relations
• Assist association and association counsel on collection matters and monitor maintenance fee accounts
• Assist and prepare specifications needed for all services received by the association
• Manage bid process, review bid spec proposals and comparison spreadsheets and make recommendations as appropriate
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with association rules and regulations
• Ensure maintenance of all files, records and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and good business practices
• Prepare board meeting agenda, monthly management report and all other reports and material needed for board packet
• Attend all board meetings and annual meeting of unit owners

Qualifications:

• Community Association or Property Manager with two to five years' experience
• Ability to maximize resources and work with a small group of vendors efficiently
• Experience with budgets and financials
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of current technology, including social media
