Job Title: Part time Assistant Property Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations
Type of Position: Part-time (20-25 hrs)/Benefits Ineligible, Non-Exempt
Job Summary: The part time Assistant Property Manager will assist various Regional Property Managers in effectively managing the properties and handling various unit owner, tenant, staff relations.

Currently seeking a Part Time Assistant Property Manager who will be responsible for:

• Working with Regional Managers to ensure that policies, resolutions and goals of the associations are carried
out
• Be knowledgeable of all association governing documents, rules and regulations and general legal requirements
of community associations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with fellow managers,
homeowners and boards
• Assist the Regional Managers in the preparation of annual budgets
• Assist Regional Managers with bid processes and comparison spreadsheets
• Assist with vendor, unit owner, tenant and on site staff relations
• Conduct occasional property inspections as directed by the Regional Managers
• Assist with maintenance of all files, records and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and
good business practices
• Assist in the preparation of board meeting agendas, monthly management reports and all other reports and
material needed for board packet
• Assist with homeowners' calls and inquires and respond accordingly
• Attend annual unit owner meetings as requested
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior Community Association or Property Management experience
• Ability to maximize resources and work with a small group of vendors efficiently
• Experience with budgets and financials
• Computer literacy and working knowledge of current technology, including social media
