United Properties is seeking an experienced Property Manager to successfully manage commercial buildings in Malden, Everett and Medford. We are a growing company with over 700 rentals units.

Office Hours are: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years experience in property management
Excellent customer service skills
Vehicle
Word and Excel

Assistant Commercial Property Manager Duties are as follows:

1. Contact tenants for late rent payments and collect monies
2. Contact tenants for rent increases
3. Show available office space
4. Meet with inspectors, Utility Companies, Cable Companies, etc...
5. Read and Invoice Water & Sewer usage
6. Manage, Pass Notices and Tow vehicles in the parking lots
7. Copying/scanning site plans.
8. Working with engineers on new requests for site plans.
9. Provide tenants, attorneys, engineers with copies/documents.
10. Review invoices from vendors and contractors.
11. City Hall errands and meetings with Vendors
12. Prepare new leases for commercial tenants and provide keys.
13. Negotiate with contractors for better pricing.
14. Reconcile ledger accounts.
15. Visual inspections of properties, parking lots and dumpsters during routine driving.
16. Assist with coordinating and gaining access to buildings/units for Bank Appraisals.
17. Assist Senior Manager with any additional duties
