This is a next-to-new Kurt Kinetic Rock and Roll Bicycle trainer. Use this for off-season training on your road, mountain, hybrid, etc. The trainer is in great condition, used only a few times and set away in dry storage.
This specific model allows the bike to move from side to side, leaning slightly as you pedal… this replicates the natural movement of your bike on the road. As such, it is less fatiguing than a fixed upright trainer.
Also includes variable-height front wheel support, owners manual, and full instructions.
Easily upgraded to "smart" trainer with addition if inRide power meter (just $30-$50).
