Turnkey ready to enjoy . This boat has been skillfully taken care of and serviced at a local yacht club by its member pretty much from day one . It has always been updated and improved. The engines which are 454 cruisaders have been replaced ,run perfect and have low hours . In 2022 over 11000 was spent in improvements. All new fuel tanks and fuel systems with gas detector system .The shafts and cutlas bearings replaced , Exaust systems ,thru hulls and more.The boat has been re-wired and also has a current Raymarine 12 color chart plotter . The bottom has been soda blasted , barrier coated, flag coated and top coated. There is no buildup and just got a fresh coat of paint and zincs replaced 8000. The deck has been re-cored all deck hardware and bow pulpit re- bedded cost 18000. This Silverton stands alone with custom hard top 10000 . It has a like new full upper enclosure 6500 . This boat is extra roomy for a 37 which makes it an ideal floating condo ,live aboard or place to relax and entertain in comfort. 14 ft beam 3 ft draft ,20 k displacement. 70 gal fresh water . 50 gal holding. .2/ 100 gallon fuel tanks new. 2 8d and two start batteries with Parallels.
