$100, based on an appraisal from Kaminski's Auction.
The piece is a copy of a 1620 map, but is an antique itself. My parents had it since the 1940s or earlier (they were antique dealers).
I have never had it out of the frame, so I don't know if there is anything interesting on the back.

Pickup in Beverly MA, or can be shipped.
