• Applicants must be at least 55 years of age to qualify.
• Applicants must meet tenant selection criteria.
• Applicants must income-qualify. Maximum gross income limits* for a single-person household is $ $69,480 and for a 2-person household it is $ 79,440. (Market rate apartments may also be available for those who do not income-qualify.)
• Income Sources Must Be Verified, and Income includes (but is not limited to):

- Unemployment Compensation
- Social Security
- SSI/SSDI
- Alimony/Child Support

- Rental Income
