2 ceiling fans, steam cleaned carpets, lots of light and your own private porch.
There is a 1/2 room for a small office, study room, walk in closet or extra storage space.
You also have your own 2 designated off-street parking spaces.
We will only show the Apt. to people who leave us a detailed voicemail at 978-473-9517.

Our family owned, tenant at will, gray 3 Story Apt. house is well-insulated and has
additional thick insulation behind the siding. I am the on-site Apartment Manager.
ALL 6 APTS. have energy efficient Gas heating systems, electric ignition Gas stoves,
full tile bath and showers, clean refrigerators, eat-in kitchens and off-street parking for 2 cars.
There are no washing machines on site, but there is a laundromat across the street.
There are 2 more laundromats less than 1 mile from us.
We are walking distance to Cummings Center, Rte. 62, 1 mile to Rte. 128, the Trains,
3 Beaches, Downtown and many stores. There is a side yard with space for your grill,
a small vegetable or flower garden.
We are very lucky to have considerate tenants that we are grateful for every day.
However, It will break your lease if you Smoke or use a grill/ BBQ, etc. on any of the 6 outside porches,
because everyone's safety is extremely important.
NO SMOKERS, NO DOGS, NO Motorcycles! YES, 1-2 "indoor cats" are welcome!
We do offer some of the lowest rents in the North Shore area.
The Rent is $2600.00 for 1 Person, $2700.00 for 2 people, $2800.00 for 3 people.
The Rent does not include your utilities. The utilities are your National Grid Gas heat and Electricity.
Your Rent does include off-street parking for 1-2 cars in your assigned spaces, hot water,
snow-plowing, weekly Trash and Recycling pick-up.
You are responsible for paying your own Cable bills.
NO Smokers indoors or outdoors!! Sorry, No Motorcycles.
No Dogs! (One Dog means 6 Dogs because there are 6 units.) Indoor CATS are always welcome.
We require first month's rent, last month's rent, and $1400 Security Deposit to move in.
Our showings are only by appointment so my tenant's families will be respected
when you and I enter their home to show their apartment to you.
