DESCRIPTION:
Seeking a bookkeeper to serve as the primary point of contact for the company.
This position reports directly to the company president.
Initially, this will be a part-time position that will expand into a full-time position. Hours are flexible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Write and revise all job proposals and work contracts
 Account Receivable (posting payments and invoicing)
 Accounts Payable (processing invoices and vendor payments)
 Maintain and reconcile multiple bank and credit accounts
 Produce financial statements as needed
 General data entry
 Organize and maintain filing system
 Other administrative duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
 Associate or Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience
 High proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
 Experience with QuickBooks preferred
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Detail oriented and extremely organized
 Experience with invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable strongly preferred
 Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, sub-contractors and vendors
 Effective time management skills and ability to work independently
