Accountemps is partnering with a growing company in Woburn, MA who is looking for committed entry level candidates. These positions are starting immediately and require little to no previous office experience. Several roles in office support as well as the accounting and finance world can jumpstart your career. This is a great opportunity for one that may have 1-2 years of previous office experience, and ready to take your experience to the next level.

Job Responsibilities:
Work with vendors in assisting with office events and administrative projects
Making phone calls to vendors to obtain missing information on invoices
Data entry intro Excel
Combining AP check to remit advice for mailing
Pull monthly reports in terms of expenses and billing invoices
Communicate with clients on proposals and updates on project deadlines
Filing, data entry, and other clerical work as needed

Potential Requirements :
1+ year of administrative/accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
Experience using computers, ERP systems, CRM systems
Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Must be a self-starter and take initiative when jumping into projects
