With a little bit of sweat equity : replace some lumber, fasteners, a bit of sanding & a coat of quality solid stain, you'll save hundred$$++
You'll need to disassemble & remove yourself. Bring some basic tools, a friend & truck/trailer & you're good to go.
Easy access : right off Rte 38 near the Fells. Removal is done at your own risk. Property owner not responsible.
