Item Details:
Table: Square, counter-height table with two drop-leaves to save space when not in use. It features a built-in storage cabinet and an open display shelf in the base.
Seating: Includes four matching backless stools. 2 stools are padded, faux-leather seats.
Condition: The set is sturdy and functional, but the tabletop has cosmetic wear, including scratches (see photos).
Dimensions: 36 x 36 x 36 inches (when fully open) , width is 20 inches when leaves are closed
Pickup & Logistics (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
Availability: Must be picked up on July 2nd or July 3rd—no exceptions.
Location Details: Located in a 5th-floor apartment. There is a functioning elevator and zero steps to navigate between the apartment and the exit.
Moving: You must bring your own help to carry this. The buyer is entirely responsible for moving the furniture out of the apartment. I cannot provide any assistance with lifting, carrying, or moving the items.
