CambridgeEditors, a small, fast-paced, academic, creative, and corporate editing firm--with a majority of academic clients--begins interviewing on April 16th for its Administrative and Project Coordinator position, which carries with it a contract of one year, after which the successful candidate may reapply to continue. The following are necessary prerequisites:
--Minimum BA or BS in the Liberal Arts, in combination with a strong business skill-set
--Strong prior administrative experience; organizational prowess and demonstrated ability to keep detailed track of multiple projects; use of excel for financial tracking
--Exceptional organizational skills in a virtual and comfortable, close office environment
--Ability to work independently, pair documents with editors, evaluating complex manuscripts.
--Familiarity with the Wordpress Platform; preferred familiarity with CSS, Google Ad Words, Photoshop, and Nitro or the Adobe Suite; posting to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other digital marketing and networking sites; facility with technology
--Strong, friendly and cheerful interpersonal skills
--Ability to work one on one with company head
--Ability to direct interns interactively
--Excellent written and communication skills
--Love of Academic and Creative language
--Ability to work without distraction in the presence of pets

The Coordinator position is a contract job, normally occupying 15 hours a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons; Wednesdays run until 6-7pm. These must be available for the coming year, starting approximately mid-May
