We are renting our townhouse at the wonderful Brewster Green Resort on the Cape from Friday, July 31 to Friday August 8th. (Best week of the summer!) Our 3-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse with all the modern conveniences includes a full kitchen, central air conditioning, washer, dryer, wifi, two patio decks and high definition tv's and sleeps up to 8 people. The resort has indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, shuffleboard, tetherball, racquetball/squash court, and a playground. It abuts Nickerson State Park with its freshwater ponds, sailing, fishing, and bike paths. The Bayside beaches are a few minutes away. The gorgeous National Seashore beaches are a short drive as are many other beaches. Check it out at https://brewstergreenresort.com/gallery/ The $4,000 rental is reduced more than $1,000 to $2,850. (And you will not have to pay the 14.7% taxes because it is a private rental!)
