ReModern Builders is hiring an Assistant Site Superintendent to help manage and execute high-end residential remodeling projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on construction or skilled trades experience who wants to grow into project management and leadership within a fast-moving residential construction company.
What You'll Do:
You’ll work directly with our Production Manager and Site Superintendents to keep projects organized, on schedule, clean, safe, and running smoothly.
Daily Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and manage active jobsites
-Open and close jobsites as needed
-Support subcontractors and lead carpenters
-Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are on site
-Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety
-Manage Documents
-Complete daily site logs
-Identify problems before they happen and help solve them
-Assist with scheduling and change orders
Additional Responsibilities:
-Site setup and preparation
-Material pickups and deliveries
-Quality control
-Layout assistance (framing/cabinetry)
-Punch list completion
-Warranty and maintenance support
-Light carpentry and labor tasks as needed
-Help improve company systems and organization
What We’re Looking For
This is not a senior superintendent role. We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, hardworking, and eager to grow in construction management.
The right person might:
-Have a few years of experience in a trade (carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
-Have attended construction management school
-Be looking to transition from the field into management
-Be highly organized and good at coordinating people and tasks
-Enjoy solving problems and staying busy
Requirements
-Fluent English communication
-Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record
-Comfortable working on active construction sites
-Ability to lift materials and assist with physical tasks when needed
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Comfortable using apps, Google Drive, and project management software
-Reliable, punctual, and professional
Preferred (Not Required)
-Spanish or Portuguese speaking is a benefit
-Residential remodeling experience
-Experience coordinating subcontractors or schedules
-Basic carpentry or construction knowledge
-Buildertrend or similar software experience
