Day to Day - the knitty, but not gritty:
  • Maintain make readies.
  • Direct contact with vendors (Painting, cleaning, and carpet).
  • Delegate work orders.
  • Require computer knowledge related to maintenance programs.
  • On-call, overtime, afterhours and weekend work hours required as needed.
  • Assists at other company sites as requested.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed.
  • In the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for delegation of daily work assignments and communication with the management office.
Your skills - show us what you got:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance to work with our high-end residents.
  • Must be AC qualified and able to read wiring diagrams.
  • High level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance operations (pool, appliance, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
  • Capable of performing sustained manual labor.
  • May require overtime, holiday, and weekend work.
  • Must be on-call for after-hours emergencies.
  • Requires ownership of hand tools.
  • Ability to work in inclement weather.
  • Great time management skills.
