Multi-million dollar specialty contractor, specializing in vinyl replacement windows and doors is seeking a qualified Operations Director. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Our organization has multiple branch locations throughout the state of Florida. We are searching for a highly organized individual with excellent leadership qualities. The Ideal candidate will have a strong background and knowledge of residential remodeling procedures related to replacement window installation. Preferably with an in depth understanding of Florida Building Codes. A Florida State Contractors license is preferred but not required.
This position manages over 500 residential home retrofit installations per month located in branches throughout Florida. Therefore, this job requires the ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment. The Operations Director will oversee all division superintendents throughout the company. Some regional travel may be necessary. The total Operations Department currently exceeds 100 people.
The right candidate must be a superior recruiter of subcontracted Installers and Service Technicians in order to meet the required production goals. We only want the very best and we compensate them generously.
Good communication skills and the ability to resolve customer complaints to get final payments due is a must.
Familiarity with CRM programs and Microsoft Office is needed.

We offer a generous base salary commensurate with the level of experience plus a very lucrative monthly bonus on collections. Income should exceed $150,000 annually. Company car, gas card, Health/Medical benefits and other perks are included in the package. Also, relocation expenses reimbursed if necessary. This position reports to the President and CEO who is very active in the business. Our company is poised to go to $100 million annually and with the right leadership in Operations, we can get there.
