What You’ll Do
As a Communications Lineman, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our networks operate smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead and underground communication lines.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Working with a team to expand and upgrade communication infrastructure.
- Following safety protocols and industry standards to ensure quality and compliance.
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent working condition.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a lineman or in a similar hands-on role.
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of communication networks.
- The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and at heights.
- A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
