The tap was used to clean up the bores in traditional freestanding steam radiators. The steam radiators were converted to water radiators.

The 3/4 inch die was used to clean up threads and cut new threads on steel pipe used for gas piping. No longer have a use for either and paid $150 for these almost 20 years ago.
