Medium furnished room in large peaceful house - 6 mins to Davis Subway. The room is furnished with a new bed and is very warm and cozy in the winter.. In the summer it has an airconditioner and a ceiling fan.

Looking for mature professional, post doc or graduate student -who is very clean, does not cook much and does not work from the home - also does not party or do drugs. I'm also looking for an easy going friendly person who also respects personal boundaries. This is a very nice, quiet "non drama" house on a pretty tree lined street. There is also a large garden behind the house and private parking in driveway.

Ideally looking for person who is interested in a short term rental (3-8 months) or long term (1 yr)
