I am looking for a quiet, mature and responsible human to take good care of my precious home. This is a shoe off household. I only have one apartment next to mine, the other side is open so full 4 windows of light. The neighborhood is filled with bars, coffee shops, amazing nightlife, shopping, culture and fun. I am looking for someone for basic plant care and who will respect and enjoy my home as much as I do. Please have 2/3 references. There is a working desk near a nice window of light that makes for a nice work from home experience as well as great coffee shops in the neighborhood to go to if needed.
