Hi! This is a repost of a prior posting I made several weeks ago. I’m looking for someone to take my room in Dorchester from June 1st to the end of the lease in August. You would also have the option to renew the lease at the end of August for the following year if you’d like. The apartment is 1200 sq ft, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Rent is $1100 a month, electric and gas are not included. The apartment is spacious and modern. It comes with an in-unit washer and dryer, and a nice back patio that you have access to. The bathroom attached to the room I am subletting is a shared bathroom with Zach with two sinks and a shower. It has two entrances, one from the room, and another from the back hall that Zach uses. The two roommates, Zach and Gannon, are both men in their early/mid-twenties. They are very kind, quiet, and respectful, and are all open to all applicants aside from couples. Both work full time 5 days a week. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, up-and-coming, and has plenty of restaurants and grocery options nearby (walking distance or driving). The street parking is free and not hard to find (I can usually find a spot right out front of my apartment). If you need to commute, the apartment is roughly 8 minutes to the Shawmut T station on the red line and a 10-minute walk to the Fields Corner red line stop. While the rent is $1100 a month, I would be willing to negotiate the price if need be.
