Subletting my room from June 22 or July 1st through the end of August, with the option to renew the lease directly with the landlord afterward. During the sublet period, you’ll also sign the agreement directly with the landlord.
The apartment is a 4 bed / 2 bath unit, and you’ll only share the bathroom with one other roommate. The room has 3 windows with great natural light. Furniture is not included.
Current roommates are male working professionals.
Utilities (electricity and internet) are shared among roommates. Laundry is available in the basement.
