This is a longer-term sublet, so a security deposit ($1000) is required before moving in. To protect the both of us, we will sign a sublease agreement which will cover the return of your deposit etc.
Sublet start date is flexible, preferably in January 2026. The lease ends on 8/31/2026, so I can sublet the apartment until then, but if you want to lease it yourself starting 9/1/2026, I can vouch for you with the landlord. I have lived in this apartment for over 6 years and it's been a great experience.
All utilities are included in rent, but internet is not included. For reference, I currently pay $69 per month for high-speed internet from Xfinity.
