Hello! We have one fully furnished room available from July 4th through July 31st (approximately one month). A July 1st start date could also be possible, if desired. The room belongs to a house with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, free laundry, and a nice outdoor area with a barbecue grill and picnic table. The room would include a window air-conditioning unit.

We're a mix of relatively busy students and young professionals who enjoy each other's company while also respecting people's needs for alone time and space. In short, we aim to foster a sense of community and comfort that makes our house feel like home for everyone living here.

Rent for the room would be $985. Utilities (electric, gas, cable/internet) and professional cleaning for the common areas of the house would add another $100. Rent and utilities ($1085 in total) would be pre-paid upon signing the rental agreement.

We're located in Cambridgeport, between MIT and Harvard, a 7-minute walk from Central Square and the Central T stop on the Red Line (where you can find Target, H Mart, and dozens of other shops, bars, and restaurants), and a 15-minute walk to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.
