We are not keen to sublet individual rooms -- so if you're two friends or a small family, write to us to sublet the whole apartment.

• 1 min to park & brewery.
Costs:
• $2600/month + ~$150 utilities.
• First month + $500 refundable deposit to move in.
The Space:
• Queen bed in the main bedroom + Guest room/Office with a futon
• 2 work desks with monitors
• Full kitchen (pots, pans, kitchenware, instant pot, etc).
• Laundry in building, Window A/C, & WiFi.
When you reach out, make sure the first line of your message is:
“The number of windows in the main bedroom are xx.”
