Near the green B, C, and D lines, and literally next door to the 86 and BC Shuttle stop, so getting into downtown, the Fenway or Cambridge is a breeze. The 51 bus connects to JP during the week as well.
COSTS
Rent is $957/mo. That price includes water and heat, but not electric, gas or internet, which vary from month to month but total ~$50-60 per roommate, depending on the season. First and last month rent due on signing.
Laundry is in the next building over; it works via a smartphone app.
You will need to fill out a rental application for the landlord to get on the lease, which runs through 8/31/26.
