Shared spaces include a kitchen with an oven, stovetop, and dishwasher, as well as a large living room. Laundry is free and located in-unit.
The apartment is within walking distance of Oak Square, the Boston Landing commuter rail stop, and the 53 and 66 bus routes, which run regularly. It’s also an easy drive to Boston College, Newton, and I-90. Street parking is plentiful, especially during the three months you would be renting.
The sublet is listed to begin in June, but if you need to move in sooner, please let me know. I may be able to accommodate an earlier move-in within reason.
Must be comfortable with a (very friendly) cat. The current roommates would also like to meet any prospective tenant before finalizing the sublet.
The remaining tenants are uncertain if they will be resigning the lease so this sublet may be a short term arrangement.
