My daughter has a studio apartment in a prime downtown location, directly across from Boston Common. The apartment features a doorman and is situated in the heart of Boston. The apartment will be available during the summer, from May 15 to August 31, making it an excellent option for someone doing a summer internship in the city.
The studio is quite spacious for a downtown location, measuring 455 square feet, and includes a separate kitchen area. It is just across the street from Boston Common. My daughter will leave the furniture in place, along with basic kitchen essentials such as cups, plates, and utensils.
The monthly rent is $2,700, with utilities paid separately. A security deposit and first month’s rent are required at lease signing.
