Advertising Agency Sales Person looking for a part-time telemarketer to call warm leads and schedule appointments. Experienced in B2B appointment setting and comfortable, making a large number of calls within 3 hours required. You must be willing to follow a script and have a working computer with internet access.

You will work at least 12-15 hours per week with a base rate of $15 per hour plus bonuses and incentives. You should be able to earn $20 to $25 per hour in total. Work from home, so you need a quiet space with a computer and a reliable phone. Hours are flexible; no night calls required.
• Outbound B2B cold calling, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments
• Superb ability to build trust upon initial contact to reach decision-makers.
• Comfortably interact with business owners.
• Perform research, update database, and document all client communication.
• Minimum of 2 years of lead generation experience required.
• Competitive and self-motivated nature.
• Excellent verbal and conversational skills.
• Call center experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable computer, and data entry skills, including experience with Google Docs
• Accountability and the highest level of integrity, a MUST.
Regular Business Hours: (EST) Monday-Friday.
Compensation: Base Pay $15.00/hour + Incentives.
