Business Development Rep, Performance Marketing Agency
Buyer & Publisher Partnerships
First Buzz Media is looking for hungry, coachable people who want to grow in the performance marketing and online paid advertising space.
We work with clients who buy leads and inbound customer calls generated through channels like Google search ads, social media, landing pages, social media ads, and affiliate partners.
This role is focused on both sides of our network:
Buyers: companies looking to buy qualified leads or inbound customer calls
Publishers and affiliates: partners who can generate traffic through online advertising, social media, search, landing pages, and other approved sources
Your job will be to reach out to potential buyers, publishers, affiliates, and marketing partners, start conversations, qualify interest, and book appointments for the owner to close.
As you grow in the role, you can move beyond appointment setting and help with business development, partner follow up, onboarding, and relationship management.
Training is provided. A college degree is great, but it’s not required. We care more about your attitude, effort, communication skills, follow up, and hunger to learn and make money.
Compensation:
* Salary plus commission
