I want graveyard QUIET after 10 pm along with very little traffic around the same time. I want something in a single family home - NOT multi unit, but i can only afford so much. So, if you only need extra cash each mos; we might be perfect. I have absolutely NO police record and never used drugs or smoked, and no evictions. CALL anytime. I work 6 days, so most of the time I just want to rest and shower. I won't need use of the kitchen, but if it's offered - fine. I'll be the only one staying there, and i prefer longterm
