I have limited funds right now. I am awaiting for a venmo deposit on Friday. I have been unemployed since Sept but as of Monday March 16 I will be gainfully employed at St Regis Seaport affective Monday May 4. My landlord is selling the property and threatening me with eviction. I have applied and waiting for housing assistance but it is a waiting game and I am sure I will be approved. I need a room along with a space for my car (Mazda3) which I don't drive often. I can start paying rent probably around May 1 1. Indeed help. I am quiet reserved and polite.
