Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and experienced Security Officers to join our team. We are a rapidly expanding family-owned and operated private security company seeking qualified officers to work as unarmed security officer at one of our prestigious accounts located in Jamaica Plain, MA.
Alliance has a manned 24/7 dispatch center with a Supervisor on duty at all times of the day. This position offer excellent starting salaries for qualified candidates. We have Monday -Friday (12:00pm - 8:00pm) and 12-hour weekend shifts available.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Personal cell phone/Personal e-mail
• Current/Valid MA driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Command presence
• Report writing capabilities
• Flexible work availability
• Ability to pass a CORI/SORI check
• Pass a drug screening
• High School diploma or equivalent
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
• Maintain access control to a secure facility
• Maintain a fully accurate log during your shift
• Report Writing/Incident Reporting
• Conflict management/resolution
• Emergency/Incident Response
