There is a decent size covered balcony off the kitchen as well as a bonus storage room off the balcony. The apartment has central heat and air conditioning. There is also a shared grass backyard with a raised patio area and a grill. There is free laundry in the basement as well as some storage space. There is room for two cars to park off street all year, plus an additional spot during the winter parking ban. There is also ample on-street parking. The landlord takes care of snow removal.
The apartment is walking distance to the MBTA 71 bus to Harvard Square and the MBTA 70 bus to Central Square. It is also walking distance to Arsenal Yards, Watertown Target, Watertown Square, and the Charles River.
