My roommate’s job has transferred her to another state and she will need to move out by end of March. I’m looking to sublet from April 1 to end of August, and hopefully the same person will sign a year lease for Sept 1.

Unit details: Recently renovated two-floor 2BR/1.5BA carriage house in Union Sq. In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air/heat, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, gas stove, and a private patio space. Hot water included, gas/electric/wi-fi separate. Permit street parking.

Very short walk to Market Basket and a number of bus stops (87, 88, 83, 85). 15 mins walking to Porter Sq, 15-20 mins to Harvard Sq, and 10 minutes to Green Line extension.

I have a 13 year old fluffy ragdoll cat (who believes she owns the place). She firmly believes in being a single cat household… sorry.

I am 36F and am pretty chill, I generally I keep to myself but enjoy going out and socializing on occasion. When I am not working or cleaning I am probably sleeping. My hobbies are web design, video games, anime, baking, and various arts and crafts. Since Covid I’ve been WFH in my room.

Looking for a female or nonbinary roommate who prefers to socialize outside of the apartment and come back to peace and quiet. I am EXTREMELY clean and would prefer a roommate who is respectful and keeps shared spaces tidy.

I've been in this unit since 2016 and it's been great. Rent has only increased three times and the landlord lives next door and is very responsive. The empty room in the photos is the available room, FYI.
