🙃Very chill – a roommate allows for a nicer apartment without a financial burden. I've never had a roommate situation that didn't work out.
🧪Work in biotech, mostly in office 3-4 days/week. Occasionally take calls at home but won't if you're in the apartment.
🦉Night owl (will sleep late when I can) – enjoy going out, but also like staying in watching sports, tv, or movies. I have a projector in my bedroom so I can vacate the common area to do this.
🏒Big Boston sports fan especially hockey and football, into board games, poker nights, cooking, restaurants, golf (membership at Five Iron downtown), snowboarding, and traveling.
💬Laid-back, direct communicator – happy to hang out or do our own thing. No passive aggressive texts / notes around the place
🐶Open to dogs (depending on breed/temperament), building approval & fee required. I'm a huge animal guy so furry friends definitely welcome.

APARTMENT EXPECTATIONS
🧑🍳We each clean up after cooking in the kitchen
🧽Keep common areas tidy (floors, counters, trash, etc.).
🍚Willingness to share costs for kitchen staples (milk, rice, flour, etc.) and other household items (cleaners, paper towels, etc.) to avoid duplicates. I promise I don't care if you use the mayonnaise I bought.
LOCATION/PERKS
🚄4–5 min walk to Orange Line, <5 min drive to Rte 93, easy Ubers, onsite parking available.
🍸Assembly Row has restaurants, bars, AMC theater, stores, groceries all nearby.
🎥I have just about every streaming service for shows or movies on Living Room TV. Adding 85" TV to living room this week.
I'm really laid back and have had two great roommate situations the past several years - I'm hoping to replicate that. The first was 25 when we moved in together and we lived together for 4 years. I went to his wedding.
The second was 23 when we moved in together and we lived together for almost 3 years. I’m happy to put you in touch with either of them for a reference.
