$1,725 Looking for Roomate for 2BD Davis Sq Somerville

I'm looking for a new roomate for a 2BD in Davis Sq Somerville for Aug 1st or Sept 1st. Either one is fine, but you'll need to sign the lease until Sept 1st 2027 (My roomate is moving out early). I'm not partial to any of the furniture, so if you want to bring your common pieces I'm happy to give any of the stuff that's currently here away (except the plants!). It also means the room will have a fresh coat of paint before you move in. The bedroom is not large, but the unit is pretty decently sized with tall ceilings and lots of natural light. There's a nice private back porch and small yard with a grill if you want to have friends over.
I've lived here for 3 years and am resigning the lease. Landlord is super responsive and does not let things go broken. There is laundry in the basement, and it's a ~10 min walk to either Porter or Davis sq on the red line. There's on street parking, and a driveway we share with the upstairs units.
Rent is $1,725 ea, utilities are ~$50 during the summer and closer to $200 in absolute coldest month in winter.
I'm 33M, work in EMS and am going back to school so I'm not home much, but I'm a pretty social creature and like having people over once a month or so. I am pretty clean, don't drink or smoke, and have lived with both men/women without issue. Unfortunately I'm super allergic to cats, but if you have a dog, I think the landlord is amenable to it, but may ask for an additional fee.
