We are looking for one person to take over a room, there currently is a lease in place, it's a sublet until July and then there will be an option to re-sign the lease with the current roommates. There are 2 guys and 1 girl currently. Rent is very reasonable, it's a 2 minute walk to the Magoun Sq. T stop which is awesome, there is lots of street parking available, dog friendly, there is a washer and dryer in the basement that is coin op but laundry is on site.
