We love living here! After a long day, it’s nice to come home to a warm welcome:)
It’s 2 girls and 1 guy. One girl is from Thailand. She’s in a PhD program at MGH (Mass. General Hospital)and she returns home January 10th. Her beautiful room will be available on January 11th. The other girl is from the Netherlands and she’s in a PhD program at Tufts. The guy is from Boston and is a part-time property manager. Wer’e looking for another girl to join us so it will still be 2 girls and 1 guy! We offer a great home environment with lots of amenities. This is a peaceful home and a wonderful place to live!
This is a gorgeous 3 bedroom home with one bathroom. The rent includes everything except your own food and laundry detergent.
The rent includes a large, beautiful furnished room with queen bed, bedside table with lamp, office desk with lamp, office chair, dresser, two big bookcases, your own HDTV with Netflix, ceiling fan, built-in air condiioner, hardwood floors, area rugs, mini blinds and window curtains.
The rent also includes heat, electricity, wireless wifi, use of the common area including the kitchen, use of the no-charge washing machine and dryer, and weekly cleaning of the common area!
The kitchen has two refrigerators! You'll be sharing a refrigerator with just one person!
We're in a great location within a short walk to Tufts. It's easy to go to Harvard, MIT, MGH, Hult, Boston and Cambridge. The Davis Square Red Line T is a 9 minute walk and the Ball Square Green Line T is just a 4 minute walk! From our home, it's easy to go most anywhere in Boston or Cambrudge.
Plus, we're across from the Powder House Park which is a beautiful park with small grassy hills and lots of trees!
