Room is available Now for $1015 a month. Room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the house is ready to live in! Unit has central air/heating, washer/dryer in the unit, gas stove and fireplace, and even off-street parking in the back of the building! We are minutes from multiple grocery stores and Target and 15-20 mins from downtown Boston, location is very convenient, safe, and away from the noise of the city.
There are only 2 people (1 is owner, other is a working professional) living here in a 4bd3bath unit so it’s spacious, quiet and clean. We normally keep to ourselves but we are friendly and helpful!
